Frequently asked
- What does one 'validation' mean?
- One email address checked through the full MailProbe pipeline (syntax → MX → SMTP → disposable check → risk score). Re-checks of the same address within 24 hours don't count.
- Do you accept Indian payments?
- Yes. Razorpay handles INR cards, UPI, and netbanking. Stripe handles international cards.
- Can I try without signing up?
- Yes — the /try page validates one address at a time without an account. The Free tier (after signup) unlocks bulk + dashboard history.
- What happens if I exceed my plan's validations?
- Soft cap: we slow but don't block until 110% of the limit. Hard cap: at 110%, further validations require a one-click top-up or plan upgrade. We never silently overcharge.
